Dee is the Broker/Owner of Starved Rock Realty, Utica, IL. She’s been a Realtor since 1996. Her career started when she was a real estate investor. After she quit buying properties, she wanted to use her experience to help others—whether they wanted to invest or just understand the buying & financing process, so she became a broker in 1998.
She opened Starved Rock Realty in 2000 because she knew Starved Rock and Utica were an untapped resource for real estate. Over 2 million people visit this area every year. Many of those people fall in love with the area and want to move out of the city. Having the office between I-80 and Starved Rock State Park and having “Starved Rock” in the company name helps her to reach potential clients both on location and on the internet.
Alice has been with SRR for 12 1/2 years, is a multi million producer, lives in Ottawa with her husband Marlin. She has 2 dogs, 1 cat, loves YOLI, and is a super hard working realtor!

Larla received her license through the Real Estate Institute, and is an active member of both the National Association Of Realtors and the Illini Valley Association of Realtors. She takes pride in her work, and holds herself to a very high standard.
She currently resides with her family in Marseilles, consisting of her better half of 16 years Nick, and her daughter Katlynn (age 19)—a recent graduate of Ottawa High. When she’s not out and about making sure deals go smoothly, you can most likely find her boating on the Illinois River, hiking at Starved Rock or, in the winter, around the card table with friends.
Denisse was born in El Paso, Texas and raised in the Illinois Valley. Denisse developed her interest in real estate after being a dental assistant and when she became a homeowner with her husband. She saw the difficulties that new homeownership can encounter, but also the satisfaction of closing on her first time home. She wanted to be there to help guide clients through the same situation.
She began her schooling at Your House Academy and took her test in November of 2017. She is now a member of the Illinois Valley Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Denisse is fluent in speaking, writing and reading Spanish and specializes in working with owners, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. She prides herself in helping people secure a loan to the last step of the closing. She is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with people – call her and she’ll surely treat you like family too!
